Nusa Penida is in the process of becoming a major destination in Indonesia. A true “favourite” island for travellers, it is the subject of international media attention. In January 2019, the French newspaper “Le Monde” elected it one of the 20 most beautiful international destinations not to be missed for lovers of wilderness, fine sandy beaches and exceptional seabeds.

Diving in Nusa Penida means discovering a unique and wonderful diversity.
Exploring the seabed around Bali is a dream for many divers around the world.
On the north and east of the Island of Bali, and especially on the neighbouring island of Nusa Penida, the diving spots are preserved and offer an important biodiversity. For beginners and experienced divers alike, Bali is the ideal diving destination.

On a sandy bottom, on drop offs, in the middle of the deep blue, come and dive with manta rays, barracudas, turtles, reef sharks, without forgetting all the other tropical fish and coral…

Just as the island’s relief and coastlines are rich and different, and offer your dive a different landscape each time, the seabed is also extremely varied.

Nusa Penida – Small Sunda Islands

In 2010, a large maritime area including Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida was officially declared a Protected Area.
The waters are home to a rich and wild life of nearly 300 coral species and more than 570 species of reef fish. Mola mola (or sunfish), manta rays, black tip and bamboo sharks, tuna, schools of barracuda, you are not dreaming, all these species are well visible in Nusa Penida!
