Diving with Temple

At Temple Diving we follow the philosophy of our parent center, Mar Adentro (Mahahual Costa Maya, Mexico) and prioritise safety, diver satisfaction, good quality teaching and care for our reefs.

We love to make friends. We consider it our responsibility to provide you with a totally satisfactory diving experience in Penida. Of course, the sea conditions and logistical demands are not always helpful, but you can always count on us to try to do our best for you to make the most of your dives with the Manta rays and the Mola mola.

Our staff is mostly Indonesian, mainly Penida people, who, as locals, know the island and its currents very well. As good Balinese, they are friendly and honest by nature.

Please note:

– Our maximum ratio is 1 guide (instructor or DM) to 4 certified divers.

– We divide our divers by certification level.

– There is no pre-set maximum dive time (as long as No deco time and air reserve are OK).

– Full diving equipment is included (computers are for rent as extra).

– We do not charge extra for going to a particular dive site.

– The meeting time depends on the tides that enclose and release our boats. For reference: around 8:00 AM.

– Temple is in front of the beach: our boats are moored only 20 meters/65 ft away.

– We offer coffee, tea, water and biscuits between dives. These are also available at the center on arrival.

– A lunch box (vegetarian and vegan options) is included upon return from the two dives in our center. Shaded tables are next to the swimming pool, which is also at your full disposal.
