Emergency First Response (EFR)

This course brings together cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, and first aid training.

Most divers take EFR to meet the prerequisites for the Rescue Diver course. Many of them then find it useful and important for everyday life, feeling prepared and confident to help in the event of an accident, at home or at work.

What does it consist of?

After the instructor reviews the student’s independent study, the practical part starts right on, with a series of simulated emergency scenarios that will require the application of the different techniques.

You will learn how to care for a patient in the same way as professional paramedics but at the level of the very First Responder to the emergency, This is an internationally recognized first aid course that must be refreshed every 2 years.

Additionally, you have the option to sign up for an Emergency Oxygen Provider course, essential in diving.
