You would like to know what it’s like to breathe underwater, but you’re not sure if you want to get a diving certification? Count on us to make you live the unforgettable experience of diving with manta rays. In the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) or try dive, you will learn basic scuba techniques, you will become familiar with the equipment, you will experience weightlessness during dives in our coral gardens and… you will want to do it again!
The DSD is not a course, but an experience, with the minimum training necessary to dive without being certified, and it is ideal if you don’t have time for the Open Water or just want to try diving. And if you like it and want to become a diver, the DSD will serve as part of the PADI Open Water course when continuing your journey with us or another PADI center.
For the Discovery Dive with Manta Rays, you only need to:
• Be 10 years old or older
• Be in good health
• Knowing how to swim is advisable, but not necessary
You will receive a theoretical introduction to the physiology of diving and its rules (how to breathe, how to equalize the ears, underwater signals, how to move…), you will learn how the SCUBA equipment works and, comfortably in our pool, you will do 3 exercises that will help you feel safe. Afterwards, our boat will take you to Manta Point to meet with the manta rays and to a second point with a beautiful coral seabed. Always under the constant care of your instructor. Get ready to discover a new and fascinating world!
